How do I order a Kit?
Go to pizzapunksni.com and select which product you fancy: DoughIY or Bake at Home and follow the steps.
Where do you deliver to?
We are proud to say we deliver everywhere in the UK and Ireland! This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Why is my postcode not recognised?
We pride ourselves on delivering nationwide including Belfast & Ireland. Please make sure you have a space in your postcode and that you’re using the correct shop to order, ‘United Kingdom’ or ‘Ireland & NI’.
The date I’m looking for is not available.
We deliver Monday to Friday only. Please order before 10pm, 2 days prior to the day you would like your kit shipped. If your date isn’t available then it may mean that we’ve sold out for that date, please select another date.

What’s the difference between DoughIY & Bake at Home?
Be a pizzaiolo for a day with our kits; we provide you with fresh, 48 hour proofed San Fran sourdough. Let your creativity shine with over 25 pizza topping options; choose your favourite 4 and add to your kit for checkout. Kit includes full instructions.
Let us par bake your sourdough base for you. Choose from over 25 topping options, add your preferred 4 and crank up your oven to finish it all off. The easiest way to create your own sourdough pizzas at home. Restaurant quality, anywhere, anytime.
I have an allergy, what can I have?
Please send an email to orders@pizzapunks.co.uk specifying your allergens and we will do our best to accommodate for you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made but we’ll definitely try.
Do you offer a Gluten Free option?
Not at the moment but we’re working hard on this behind the scenes – watch this space!
What size are the cocktails for 2?
We serve these in a 250ml bottle which you will find in your pizza box. The cocktails are enough for 2 people served over ice.
Can we add extra toppings above the 4 included?
No, afraid not as the box dictates what are perfectly designed to hold the 4 toppings and any extras may burst open.
What are the kits shelf life?
We recommend you refrigerate your kits immediately. The kits have a 2-day shelf life from delivery to ensure quality and freshness.
If ordering from Jersey/Isle of Wight/Isle of Man/Scottish Highlands & Islands then please consume within 24 hours of delivery due to longer transit times.
For Bake At Home Pizzas – we recommend 2 days refrigerated and up to 3 -months in the freezer.
Can I freeze my kits for a later date?
You can freeze your Bake at Home Pizzas (for up to a month and defrost before use) but we don’t advise freezing your DoughIY kits due to quality.
Can I add a gift note/ message to my order?
You sure can, add your note into the notes section when placing your order and we can write this on to the pizza box.
I would like to place a bulk order of more than 15 kits, how do I go about this?

Can I make any changes to my confirmed order?
After placing your order, if you need to make any changes, please email us at orders@pizzapunks.co.uk. Please note changes cannot be made 48hours prior to delivery as your order will already be in progress.
How does the order stay fresh in transit?
Each kit is packed on the day of DPD collecting from us. It is packed with an ice pack and denim insulation (it’s vegan don’t you know?) to ensure our kits stay chilled and fresh.
My dough has burst out of the pot, is it safe to eat?
We use a sourdough starter which contains yeast. Sometimes the yeast can continue to grow in transit and decide to burst out of the pots. Although it may not look the prettiest when it arrives, it is still safe to eat.
Where is my order?
You will receive a confirmation email/text from DPD confirming your order has been shipped with your tracking number. Please allow until the morning of your order delivery date for your DPD shipping confirmation details to come through.
